Subscription Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Lavendr, we keep things simple and flexible.

• Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, please email hello@withlavendr.com with your name and order number. Once canceled, you will not be charged for future orders.

• 60-Day Refund Guarantee: If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 60 days of receiving your order. This applies to both one-time purchases and subscription orders.

• Refund Process: To request a refund, contact hello@withlavendr.com with your order details. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

• Subscription Orders Already Processed: If a subscription order has already been processed or shipped before cancellation, it will still be delivered. However, it remains eligible for our 60-day refund policy.
